We are a locally owned gym, not a franchise. That means clean, well-maintained equipment, enough space to actually use it, and a floor where beginners and experienced lifters train side by side without judgment.

The Legendary Difference
Chain gyms are interchangeable. Community is not.
Space to train
Even on busy days, you won't find a crowd hovering around the free weights like you do at the chain gyms. When you are finished, changing rooms and showers are here so you leave feeling fresh.
Great gym, great up to date equipment. Well spaced so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of each other. Super clean. Owners are great and personable. Prices are great for what all is offered.

Equipment and standards
PitShark, free weights, squat racks, cardio, and resistance machines. Clean floor. Broken machines get fixed fast because showing up only works if the gym is ready.
Clean gym, great equipment, has everything I need, best gym I’ve ever been to and the owners are great people.
